Web Developer

Duties:

1.) Ownership of individual projects while also working in parallel on collaborative projects
2.) Working in a small group within a start-up environment creating full service dynamic web products
3.) Working with Microsoft products and environment
4.) Creating complex standards-compliant web applications utilizing CSS, ASP and HTML/XHTML

Must have skills:

1.) 2+ years of strong HTML, XHTML, ASP, CSS and JavaScript experience
2.) Must have strengths in one of the following languages: ASP, Perl, or PHP experience
3.) Innovative UI design and heuristics
4.) Undergraduate degree in CS or a design-related field preferred
5.) Excellent analytical and programming skills
6.) .NET experience a plus, but not essential
